SMM12, 19 March: the European manganese industry, which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange, has recently updated its manganese mineral resources estimates for its Chvaletice project in the Czech Republic, according to (proactiveinvestors), an Australian local media. According to statistics, since 98.3 per cent of the measured resources have been identified, the new data will soar by 21 per cent, of which the total amount of inferred mineral resources for the project is 26.96 million tons and the total manganese grade is 7.33 per cent. The grade of soluble manganese is 5.86%.
European Manganese Industry (Euro Manganese Inc.) is a Canadian listed company focused on the development of new high-purity manganese production facilities based on the recycling of tailings reservoirs in the Czech Republic. With the development of the Hevalaiji manganese mining project in the heart of Europe, the company's goal is to establish a reliable production of very high purity electrolytic manganese dioxide and manganese sulfate to meet the advanced production of lithium ion battery precursor materials. As well as the demand for special steel and aluminum alloy.

Marco Romero, president and chief executive officer of the European manganese industry, said that updating resource estimates would provide a solid basis for detailed planning for tailings extraction and processing plans. At the same time, it can promote the economy of the project in the preliminary economic assessment to be released in early 2019.
Romero highlighted the significant progress made by the company's team in this year's metallurgical testing work plan. "our internal team has made significant progress in advancing the understanding of the Chvaletice deposit and the planning and design of technically feasible process flow charts. By recycling Chvaletice waste, we can produce the world's highest purity electrolytic manganese metal and manganese sulfate monohydrate. "
At the same time, the company's president said in an interview with Stocktube that Euro Manganese's flagship project had a good chance and called it the largest manganese resource in Europe.
